EscrowPilot started with a problem we watched up close. The original blueprint came from insiders at one of the largest escrow companies in San Diego — the people who open, manage, and close real estate files every single day.
What they described was the same story over and over: hours lost to renaming PDFs, hunting for the right version of a document, manually texting status updates, and stitching together tools that were never built to talk to each other. The expertise was world-class. The software around it was not.
So we built EscrowPilot — AI document classification, automatic filing, built-in texting, and smart automations — to take the busywork off escrow professionals so they can spend their time where it actually matters: closing deals and taking care of clients.
